This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds, helping you navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. For products that have been opened or used, refunds are eligible within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition (no damage, all accessories included) and the issue is due to a manufacturer defect or performance failure.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included components (e.g., solar panels, mounting brackets, user manuals, warranty cards). Damaged or modified products (e.g., altered firmware, physical damage from misuse) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or invoice is required to process your refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
  • Products returned after the 30-day (unopened) or 14-day (opened/used) window.
  • Items damaged due to improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications (e.g., using a hunting camera in conditions exceeding its IP66 waterproof rating).
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
  • Digital services (e.g., cloud storage subscriptions) once activated, unless specified otherwise in the service agreement.
3. Refund Process
Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
  1. Return the Product: Ship the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the refund is due to a manufacturer defect (in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label).

4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
  • Credit/debit card payments: Refunds will appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Exchanges & Warranty Claims
