Customs processing may extend delivery times for international orders. UTEVIEW is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import duties, or local postal service issues.
4. Shipping Costs

- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, building managers, or local postal services first. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged (e.g., broken solar panels, dented camera bodies), take photos of the packaging and the product, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. International Shipping
- Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost. Contact your local customs office for details on applicable fees.
- Customs Documentation: We provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoices, product descriptions) to facilitate customs clearance. However, delays due to incomplete documentation or customs regulations are beyond our control.
