By accessing or using UTEVIEW’s website ( https://www.uteview.com/ ), purchasing our products (including outdoor solar cameras, wildlife trail cameras, hunting cameras), or using our associated services (e.g., mobile apps, cloud storage), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your relationship with UTEVIEW, including all purchases, product use, and interactions with our website, apps, and customer support. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) and have the legal authority to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
  • Account Creation: To make purchases or use certain features (e.g., cloud storage for camera footage), you may need to create a UTEVIEW account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information (e.g., name, email, shipping address) and to keep your account credentials (passwords, 2FA details) secure.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for all activity associated with your account, including unauthorized use. Notify us immediately at support@uteview.com if you suspect a security breach.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms (e.g., fraudulent activity, misuse of services).
3. Product Purchases & Use
  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (e.g., for out-of-stock items, invalid payment details, or restricted regions). A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order via email.
  • Product Use: Our cameras are designed for legal, ethical use. You agree to:
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding surveillance, wildlife tracking, and hunting (e.g., obtaining necessary permits for wildlife research or hunting activities).
  • Avoid using cameras to invade privacy (e.g., recording in private spaces without consent) or engage in illegal activities (e.g., poaching, trespassing).
  • Use our solar-powered cameras in accordance with safety guidelines (e.g., proper installation to prevent fire hazards from solar panels).
  • Warranty: Product warranties are governed by our separate Warranty Policy, which covers manufacturer defects but not damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All content on UTEVIEW’s website (text, images, logos, product designs), app software, and camera firmware is the property of UTEVIEW or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our products, software, or website content without prior written permission. This includes extracting code from our apps (SuntekCam, Tcampro) or altering camera firmware.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • UTEVIEW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services (e.g., lost footage, missed wildlife sightings, property damage due to improper installation).
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or violations of applicable laws.
6. Third-Party Services
Our products and website may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors like Stripe, cloud storage providers, courier services). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to by using their services. UTEVIEW is not responsible for third-party actions or service disruptions.
7. Termination of Services
  • We may suspend or discontinue services (e.g., website features, app support) at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or business reasons.
  • You may terminate your use of our services at any time by closing your account, but this does not affect your obligations under these terms (e.g., payment for completed orders).
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
